Graceland Buildings come with tie downs, Express Building do NOT included tie downs but the can be purchased at time of install for $35.00 each
STAR products included a standard tie down however we high recommend auger type tie downs if structure is in a windy location. This is not applicable if structure is going on concrete, STAR will use concrete anchors for this application.

Yes, there is NO credit Check if you have the down paymnet the building is yours. Terms are 36, 48 or 60 months, down payment will be effected by the surrent months sale (Example 1 Month Down).
